Stromerzeugung durch Abwärme

Die Rückgewinnung der Sinterabwärme ist ein wichtiger Weg, um den Energieverbrauch im Sinterprozess zu senken und die Energienutzungseffizienz zu verbessern. Das Grundprinzip besteht darin, dass das gesinterte Erz durch Einblasen von Luft auf den Ringkühler gekühlt wird und die von unten eingeblasene kalte Luft beim Durchströmen der heißen gesinterten Erzschicht erhitzt wird und zu Hochtemperaturabgas wird. Darüber hinaus erzeugt ein Teil der Sintermaschine gesintertes Erz, indem Hochtemperaturabgas von unten in den Abzug gesintert wird, der durch den Saugzugventilator in den Kessel geleitet wird und das Wasser im Kessel erhitzt, um Dampf zu erzeugen. Der Dampf treibt die Turbine an, dreht sich und treibt den Generator an, um Strom zu erzeugen.
